All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and deposit.

We understand that wedding days don’t always run exactly on schedule. Your photographer will never pack up before your contracted end time. If your coverage needs to extend beyond the hours in your agreement and availability allows, additional time can be added at the rate outlined in your contract. Extra coverage is billed in 30-minute increments and rounded up to the nearest half hour.

Yes. We are happy to photograph weddings outside of the Atlanta area. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

A 6-hour timeline is ideal for smaller or more intimate weddings. It usually focuses on the key moments of the day and reception highlights. A sample flow might include getting-ready highlights, the ceremony, family and wedding party portraits, and the beginning portion of the reception. This option works best when events are in one location and the schedule is more streamlined.

An 8-hour timeline is our most popular option and is designed to comfortably cover a full wedding day. This usually includes getting-ready photos, ceremony coverage, portraits, cocktail hour, and full reception highlights such as entrances, speeches, dances, and candid moments. This collection gives you complete storytelling without feeling rushed.

A 10-hour timeline is perfect for larger weddings or couples who want full-day storytelling. This option allows for both partners’ getting-ready coverage, detailed portraits, ceremony, cocktail hour, full reception, and even grand exit photos. It’s the best choice when you want every part of your day documented from start to finish.

No problem at all. We know wedding plans can evolve as details come together. After booking, we stay flexible and work with you to adjust your photography timeline as needed. If your schedule changes significantly or you decide you need additional coverage time, we can update your collection at any point based on availability.

Most full wedding days require 8 hours of coverage to comfortably capture getting ready, ceremony, portraits, and the full reception. Smaller or more intimate weddings may work well with 6 hours, while larger celebrations often benefit from 9–10 hours.
