Mahone Studios Booking Agreement

1. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Once payment is received, your session is confirmed and reserved exclusively for you.

  • Refunds:

    • You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund minus processing fees (typically 3–5%).

    • You may cancel within three (3) days of your purchase for a 50% refund.

    • After three (3) days, all payments are non-refundable.

  • By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that Mahone Studios cannot issue refunds beyond this window, including for cancellations, lateness, or no-shows.

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request one (1) reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to studio availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your appointment may incur a $25 fee or be denied at the studio’s discretion.

  • If you fail to appear or cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled time, your payment will be forfeited.

3. Photographer & Studio Liability

  • Mahone Studios and its photographers are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after your session.

  • Clients agree to hold Mahone Studios harmless for any claims resulting from participation in a session.

  • In the rare event the assigned photographer is unavailable due to illness or emergency, the studio reserves the right to assign another photographer of equal skill and style.

4. Image Rights & Usage

  • Mahone Studios retains full copyright ownership of all photographs.

  • Clients are granted a personal use license for the delivered images (including social media and printing).

  • Commercial, promotional, or editorial usage requires written consent and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

  • The studio may use select images for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless you submit a written request to opt out prior to your session.

5. Late Arrivals, Short Sessions & Conduct

  • Session Timing: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Please plan to arrive early to allow for parking, setup, or preparation. Session time will not be extended for late arrivals.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session. Session time lost due to lateness will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Short Sessions:

    • For sessions 15 minutes or less, clients who arrive 5 minutes late will have their session automatically canceled with no refund issued.

    • For 30-minute sessions, clients who arrive 10 minutes late will have their session automatically canceled with no refund issued.

  • Excessive Lateness (Longer Sessions): For sessions longer than 30 minutes, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their session and payment at the discretion of Mahone Studios.

  • The studio reserves the right to terminate any session due to unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Studio Property

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to studio property caused by themselves, guests, or children during the session.

  • Please handle all equipment, furniture, and props with care.

7. Agreement

By completing your booking and payment through the Mahone Studios scheduling platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Booking Agreement.
