Terms and Conditions – Monthly Membership

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the monthly membership program (“Membership”) offered by Mahone Studios LLC (“Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using a Membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these terms.

1. Membership Benefits

  • Members are entitled to access the Studio’s facilities, equipment, and services as specified in the Membership package purchased.

  • Benefits may include use of photography/videography studios, conference room, and discounted rates on additional services, depending on the Membership level.

  • Studio reserves the right to adjust benefits with prior notice.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Payment must be made by valid credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted method.

  • Membership automatically renews each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Membership.

  • Unused hours for the month do not rollover.

3. Studio Usage Rules

  • Members must book studio time in advance via the Studio’s booking system.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation to avoid forfeiting credit or incurring a fee.

  • Members are responsible for the safe use of all equipment. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair/replacement fees.

  • No illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content may be created on the premises. The Studio reserves the right to deny usage if activities violate laws or community standards.

  • Members must respect other users and maintain a professional environment.

4. Access & Security

  • Membership grants access only during the Studio’s operating hours by booking appointment and does not include The Night Owl Hours. Members receive discounted rate based on selected membership level when booking The Night Owl Hours of operation, 9:00PM – 12:00AM.

  • Members may not share access credentials or booking codes with non-members. Sharing access credentials or booking codes will result in termination of Membership.

  • Studio reserves the right to revoke access for security concerns or breach of these terms.

5. Cancellation & Termination

  • Members may cancel their Membership at any time with 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Studio may terminate Membership immediately for:

    • Non-payment of fees.

    • Misuse of facilities or equipment.

    • Violation of laws, policies, or this Agreement.

6. Liability & Waiver

  • Members acknowledge that use of the Studio involves inherent risks.

  • The Studio is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its staff, and affiliates against claims arising from their use of the facilities.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

  • Members retain ownership of all content they create.

  • Studio does not claim rights to Member-produced content unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., collaborative projects or promotional use).

  • Members must ensure their content does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Amendments

  • Studio may update these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice. Continued use of Membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County.

By enrolling in the Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
