Merry Moments Mini Photo Session Terms & Agreement

These Terms and Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the client ("Client ") and Mahone Studios regarding the booking of a Merry Moments Photo Mini Session. By booking the Merry Moments Photo Mini Session, the Client fully understands and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

Upon booking a Merry Moments Photo Mini Session, the Client agrees to pay the full amount of the session fee before the scheduled session. Payments must be made through the available payment methods provided by Mahone Studios. The booking will only be confirmed once the full payment has been received by Mahone Studios.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are permitted to cancel their Merry Moments Photo Mini Session up to 48 hours before the starting time of the session for a complete refund. However, if the client chooses to cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the session, their payment will not be refundable. It's also important to note that Mahone Studios reserves the right to cancel any booked session at any time, in which case, a full refund will be provided to our clients.

Clients who need to reschedule their session are requested to inform Mahone Studios a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the session to avoid a rescheduling fee. If a client submits a rescheduling request less than 48 hours before the planned start time of the shoot, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost will then be added.

3. Liability Waiver

The Client agrees to release Mahone Studios and its staff from any liability arising from personal injury or accident that may occur during the Merry Moments Photo Mini Session. The Client assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify Mahone Studios from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from such incidents.

4. Damage Policy

The Client agrees to reimburse Mahone Studios for any damage caused to the property or equipment during the session, including any costs associated with repairs or replacements.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Mahone Studios respects the Client 's privacy and will handle their personal data according to the studio's privacy policy. Personal data collected during the booking process and Merry Moments Photo Mini Session will be used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

6. Image Ownership & Usage

Mahone Studios retains the ownership and copyright to all images taken during the Merry Moments Photo Mini Session. The Client is granted a personal use license, permitting the printing and digital sharing of the images for personal purposes. Any commercial use, sale, or distribution of the images without the express written consent of Mahone Studios is prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

The Client agrees to abide by the rules of conduct set forth by Mahone Studios, including respecting the rights and property of Mahone Studios' staff and other Clients. Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in termination of the Merry Moments Photo Mini Session without a refund.

8. Age of Models

Client is solely responsible for verifying that all subjects are of legal age or accompanied by a legal guardian. All children must be supervised at all times.

9.  Rules of Premises

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the space and is not permitted and strictly prohibited within a 20-feet radius of entrances.  Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio. They are only allowed in the kitchen area. No alcoholic beverages, non-prescription or illegal drugs are allowed. Noise levels, including music and voices, should be kept at a considerate volume, and pets are allowed only with prior approval from Mahone Studios. Any use of the space in manners deemed illegal will result in immediate termination of the agreement with no refund issued.
